What Comes Next?

With only one post left in the year, coming next week as a 2023 Year in Review, I find myself looking back and feeling a bit surprised! I set a goal for myself to write a post a week for a full year and although I started strong, I felt that it would ultimately be another resolution that might fall out overtime. I hope that some of them were helpful and have given you some tools to thrive and Companion your Journey!
