What Made this the Book of the Month
Sometimes we need something simple and wholesome to warm our hearts and remind us that we can look at ourselves, others, and our world with compassion. This book serves as a reminder to be gentle and kind. It has some quotes that have moved me deeply and I have been inspired at times to share this with my clients when a time arises that something needs to be said that only a child, mole, fox, or horse can say. Much like this book, short and sweet, I will keep this post brief and leave with a reminder that you are uniquely and perfectly you. What a wonderful thing to be!
Conclusion
How do you show yourself kindness and love? How could you start right here, right now? There is only one moment quite like this one, make it one that hold love.
